Use of the Rooms

The spaces of the "Glaskasten" and "Zeitraum" cafés can also be used for internal university events, such as farewells for graduates, lectures and presentations, exhibitions, readings, informational sessions, and smaller cultural projects.

Parties and concerts are not ideal in the "Glaskasten" café due to its structural limitations and the resulting increased costs for security services. Additionally, the "Zeitraum" café does not have much space for such events.

In any case, it is necessary to coordinate in advance with the respective café management (preferably via email) to confirm the date and discuss the logistics (technology, staff, etc.).
