Administrative Board of the Darmstadt Studierendenwerks

The Administrative Board is a body of the Studierendenwerk Darmstadt, in which, among others, the presidents of the TU Darmstadt and the Hochschule Darmstadt and employees of the Studierendenwerk are represented, as well as three students: two students of the TU Darmstadt and one student of the Hochschule Darmstadt.

In addition to many formal matters, the tasks of the Administrative Board also include the resolution of a balanced business plan, the acceptance and discussion of the annual report of the management as well as the adoption of the annual financial statements and the acknowledgement of the management report, the adoption of the contribution regulations, the determination of the meal prices in the refectories and the user fees for the dormitories and other facilities,
resolutions on the acquisition, sale and encumbrance of land and land rights, and much more.

The term of office for student members on the Administrative Board lasts two years.
